Changing Your Booking Time
Adjust the time of your scheduled clean without cancelling.
Sometimes your schedule shifts and you need your cleaner to arrive at a different time. The good news is you can easily adjust your booking time without having to cancel and rebook. This guide explains how to change your appointment time and what to expect.
How to change the time
Follow these steps to update your booking time:
- Log in to your Servella account
- Navigate to "My Bookings" from your dashboard
- Find the booking you want to modify and click on it
- Click the "Edit Booking" button
- Enter your new preferred time
- Review your changes and click "Save Changes" to confirm
What happens next
After you submit your time change, our team will review your request and confirm your new appointment time. You'll receive a confirmation email once everything is arranged. In most cases, we're able to accommodate your preferred time without any issues.
Editing window
You can change your booking time up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. After this window closes, you'll need to contact our customer services team to make changes. This gives us adequate time to arrange everything for your new appointment time.
Your cleaner
When you change your booking time, a different cleaner may be assigned to your appointment. If this happens, you'll receive an email introducing your new cleaner along with their details. You can always view your assigned cleaner's information in your booking.
Confirmation
After changing your booking time:
- You'll see an on-screen confirmation that your changes have been submitted
- You'll receive an email confirming your new booking details once arranged
- Your booking in the dashboard will be updated with the new time
- If your cleaner changes, you'll be notified via email
No additional charges
Changing your booking time within the editing window is completely free. There are no fees for adjusting when your cleaner arrives, as long as the change is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
