When You're Charged
Understand when payment is taken for your cleaning services.
We believe in fair, transparent billing. Here's exactly when and how you're charged.
Payment timing
Payment is authorised when you book but only captured after your clean is completed. This means:
- We verify your card can be charged when booking
- The actual charge happens after the clean is done
- If you cancel within policy, no charge is made
Regular bookings
For recurring cleans, you're charged after each individual clean is completed, not in advance.
Receipt timing
You'll receive an email receipt within a few hours of payment being processed. Receipts are also available in your account under "Payment History".
