What you'll do

As a Servella cleaner, you'll provide professional residential cleaning services to our customers. Your typical work includes:

• Regular cleaning - maintenance cleans for recurring customers (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
• Deep cleaning - thorough top-to-bottom cleans including ovens, fridges, and detailed work
• Move-in/move-out cleaning - comprehensive cleans for tenants and homeowners
• Extras - additional tasks like inside oven, inside fridge, and inside windows cleaning

The cleaner app

You'll use our dedicated cleaner app to manage your work. The app lets you:

• View today's jobs and your upcoming schedule
• Get customer details, addresses, and special notes for each booking
• Get directions to customer locations via Google Maps or Apple Maps
• Start and end jobs with one tap (location is recorded for verification)
• Track your weekly and monthly earnings in real time
• View and download your payment statements
• Upload and manage your identity documents
• Complete assigned training courses
• Message our support team directly
• Report incidents if something goes wrong during a clean
